Energizing Matcha Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 teaspoon NutriExtracts Matcha Powder
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)

Method:

Step 1:
In a blender, combine NutriExtracts Matcha Powder, vanilla protein powder, banana, oats, and almond milk (or your preferred milk). For extra creaminess, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt if desired.

Step 2:
Add the ice cubes to the blender.

Step 3:
